NHGRI genome conference on the future of genomics

David Haussler was in attendance when more than 150 of the world's leading genome researchers met to contemplate the future of genomics. The National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) hosted a three-day conference on December 12-14, 2001. Called "Beyond the Beginning: The Future of Genomics," the meeting was held at the Airlie Conference Center in Warrenton, Virginia.
