Two worm genomes now on UCSC Genome Browser

The UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group has just released browsers and blat servers for 2 worms: C. elegans and C. briggsae. These nematodes join the roster of genomes available on the UCSC Genome Browser website. A major model organism used for biomedical research, C. elegans is the first multicellular animal to have a fully sequenced genome. MORE... the UCSC Genome Browser
